We hired Top Beam to do our ADU framing and other miscellaneous items. Overall, the work was done very well. We passed all of our inspections instantly. The crew was very friendly, tidy and did a great job. We will hire them again for our next project.

As a first timer to go through a bathroom remodel, I couldn’t have asked for a better crew. The owner Antonio and everyone in his crew were all so nice, efficient, professional, courteous and so patient with my endless questions. They gave me detailed walk through for each step of the process before the project began, and I got to see every step come to life exactly the way they told me it would. This really helped to put my mind at ease because as a first timer I was very nervous about so many “what ifs”. I highly recommend them for any and all home projects and I certainly will be calling them for all future projects!

We had Antonio and his team build retaining wall for our planters as well as installing stone veneer on our exterior wall. The guys did an amazing job and we are very satisfied! Looking forward to work with them on future projects!

We had Top Beam take out an interior wall and completely redo our living room, kitchen and dining room at the same time we had all the house doors replaced, and individual in room air conditioning added. The open concept he created is beautiful and wonderful all the cabinets light up when you open the doors and the 8×5 foot island lights up through the quartzite and it’s on rollers with electrical in the floor to allow us to move it where we want it for best entertaining. He changed our coat closet to a pantry, bumped out our front door to a beautiful entry. He added an appliance garage/work station. We have the most beautiful living area I could have ever dreamed. At a later day we had him remove the used brick from the front of the house added a deck area with a moveable fire pit that they wrapped with the matching stack stone to match the rest of the front. They also saved us thousands by painting the siding to look like wood with wood grain. We get compliments every day on our beautiful home. Thank you Top Beam!

We hired Antonio and his team to come in and take over a project from another contractor that we had to let go. Not only was he fair, he and the team were highly communicative and explained everything at each step of the way. They were very detail oriented, diligent and meticulous. – Now that he’s done with the second bathroom, which looks amazing, we’re going to have him come back and fix what was done by the first contractor on the other bathroom.
